What is Craft Beer?
Craft Beer refers to beer that is brewed by small independent brewers that favour traditional brewing methods.
With a passion for quality and flavour, these brewers are not corporate and are able to experiment more with a variety of ingredients such as curry, pizza, Jasmin tea, bananas, chocolate etc.
A BrewPub or BrewHouse is a venue/pub that brews its own beer on the premises. This means that the beer travels from the brewing facilities in one area across to the pumps in the bar.

As they are smaller in scale, they also craft smaller volumes of beer therefore not requiring preservatives.

Barcelona has a vibrant and constantly growing craft beer scene, but did you know that it has been drank here for over 25 years?

There are 3 different Craft Beer Tours to choose from (please see below).
Each welcoming, friendly and laid back tour includes a behind-the-scenes brewery tour, at one of the city’s first brewpubs, with Matt the head (and only) brewer!
Matt and Kiki will walk and talk you through the facilities and processes involved in making craftilicious beer!
You will learn the history of Craft Beer and how it has adapted over time.

Enjoy a 1 hour Sunday Session
with the brewer.
Learn the process involved in crafting beer in more detail.
Drink a flight of 4 craft beers and discover how each was made.
Then move on to 2 local unique original craft beer bars.
